 Zinszer's Bakery History Zinszer's Bakery has been serving central Indiana for over 20 years. Originally starting out in New Castle, Indiana as Zinszer's Deli in the early 1980's by Ken and Judy Zinszer. It was during the deli days that the 'Zinszer Chip Mistake' occurred, transforimg the operation into a focused bakery operation. The Zinszer's moved the business from New Castle to Anderson to focus on what was to become the signature item, the Zinszer Cookie. In 1987, the bakery was moved to it's current location on the North side of Anderson. Thanks to word of mouth growth in our great and loyal customer base, today we ship our amazing creations all over the country and beyond.
